Firearm hold agreement immunity; removing the state criminal prohibition on suppressors and shotgun barrel length requirements
Gives federal firearms licensees immunity from civil liability for returning a firearm to its owner at the end of a firearm hold agreement. It removes the state criminal prohibition on firearm suppressors and the shotgun barrel-length qualification requirements, and provides enhanced penalties for certain felonies committed using a suppressor or short-barrel shotgun.
What it does: Removes state-level suppressor prohibition; adds penalties for felonies using them.
